Walking Through Holy Week Together
This week, our school has come together in a very special way to mark Holy Week, one of the most important times in the Christian calendar. Each day, the whole school gathered in the hall to reflect, pray, and journey through the events of the Easter story.
From Palm Sunday to the Resurrection, every class played their part in re-telling and acting out a different moment from the final days of Jesus’ life. Whether it was the joyful arrival into Jerusalem, the moving scenes of the Last Supper, or the sorrow of Good Friday, each performance was thoughtful, respectful, and deeply meaningful.
It has been a truly prayerful and reflective time for our school family. The children showed great understanding, reverence, and empathy as they brought the story to life through drama, narration, and song.
Thank you to all the staff and pupils for their time and care in preparing such a powerful reminder of the true meaning of Easter. As we head into the Easter break, we do so with hearts full of hope, love, and faith.
