Can You Make A Book Using The I-Pad?

Take a look at our books about Katie Morag, which we made using the Book Creator app on the i-pads.  We’ve learnt so many skills!  We can take photos (safely and with permission), we know how to import the photos, add text and draw using a drawing tool.  We are delighted with our books and they will be on display in class very soon.

Also, this week, we have been story mapping to create our own stories about Katie Morag and the mischievous sheep, Alecina.  There is a photo of us with our story maps which helped us to write our own stories.  We have tried very hard to use different ways to open our sentences.  To make our sentences more interesting, we have used a variety of conjunctions, including ‘and’, ‘or’, ‘but’, ‘so’ and ‘because’.
