WOW! What a wonderful week…

WOW! What a wonderful week of beautiful weather we have had! We have very much enjoyed spending lots of time in our outdoor area, where it has been warm for a change, YAY!

In literacy this week we have been looking at describing words, in particular those that describe some of the wonderful African animals that we have dotted around our classroom, we all came up with some brilliant words and we will be using them next week when we all have a go at piece of descriptive writing =D

In maths we have been looking at addition again but this time looking at number problems. I have been very impressed with how the children have managed solve the problems with no help!!!

Ps. Please make sure all children come into school with a bottle of water, in this heat we all get very thirsty!
