It’s been such a lovely week …

Seeing as it’s been such a lovely week we thought we would spend some time outside. If you remember way back in October we planted some onions in our school allotment. Well the time has come to dive them up. Some of them have been lost to the birds and to be honest other just died as we didn’t really do much to look after them, Mother Nature took control. But when we finally got them out of the ground (it was quite tough) we were really pleased with our crop. We plan to use them at the Summer Gala on 4^th July to go on hot dogs and burgers at the BBQ, although we might need to buy a few more – our harvest wasn’t quite big enough. Make sure you come along and have a taste.
