We are all feeling super fit this week after two full mornings riding balance bikes around the hall, some of us built up quite a bit of speed and we were all very hot and sweaty afterwards. Not only have we been exercising but we’ve also been eating very healthy food such as green beans, bananas, tomatoes, grapes, peppers, cucumber and much more!
We all tasted the food and decided which where are favourite and the grapes and cucumber came out on top. So, no more excuses we all know how to stay healthy and we can all choose at least one piece of healthy food that we like.
