Healthy Hearts!
This week we started our Young @ Heart project. The project involves us trying lots of different sports out and also learning about what makes us healthy. This week we started to think about what we fuel our bodies with and whether we can change that to make ourselves healthier.
We’re starting to keep a food diary to track what we eat each day. This will help us to make healthy choices and to keep our brains working effectively so we can learn more in the classroom!
