Caterpillars, welcome to our class!

This week we have had the pleasure of welcoming 5 baby caterpillars into our class. They started off very small and we have seen them grow bigger and bigger each day. We have looked into the lifecycle of a butterfly and created our own showing each stage. We can’t wait to see the caterpillars reach the next stage and watch as they wrap themselves up in a cocoon.  In maths we have been looking at capacity using our rainbow rice, sand and water to discover how full/ empty our containers are. Let’s see what next week brings…
