Toast Sales – During lent we will be providing toast on Friday’s starting this Friday 24th February. If your child would like toast please send in 20p each Friday. All proceeds will be sent to Nugent Care (Good Shepherd collection)
School Photographs – Please return your photograph orders to school by Thursday 1st March 2012.
Headlice – We still have parents voicing concerns about headlice and we would urge you to check your child on a regular basis for headlice and treat them when necessary. Advice and information can be obtained from your local chemist.
Tesco & Sainsbury’s vouchers for schools. We are once again taking part in the Schools vouchers schemes from Tesco and Sainsbury’s. Please collect your vouchers when shopping in these stores and send them into school. It is a very worthwhile scheme for school as we have benefitted from some wonderful resources for the children.

Wednesday 28th March – Parents evening for all classes. More details with appointment times will follow.
Monday 27th February – Y5 & 6 Girls’ football team will be taking part in the next round of the football competition at Holy Cross.
PTFA AGM with cheese and wine evening on Tuesday 28th February 2012. Please come along and support your PTFA.
Family Book Day -Thursday 1st March. Parents are invited to come into their child’s class from 2.30pm onwards to listen to the children read, read with the children and share your favourite book. Family book day is being held as part of the school’s focus to raise the profile of reading.
